During the Coronavirus pandemic, more and more people work from home. Being at a desk for many hours can make your back tight and inflexible. Tightness creates aches and pains, especially in your spine and back. Fortunately, taking a mini-break from your computer and doing gentle movements can relieve the stiffness and pain. I’ve designed a short sequence “HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SPINE WHEN WORKING FROM HOME”. It includes simple yoga stretches to reduce stress in the spine from prolonged sitting.

Try to do it regularly. When you practise, remember to connect the movement with your breath. Be sure to listen to the body and not force the stretch. Make safety a priority. Mindful movement and relaxed approach. Most of all – ENJOY IT! 😊
