Private sessions



My work as a yoga teacher is primarily focused on one-to-one sessions. Over many years, with great pride and joy, I have been observing the progress and development of my clients – students.  I tailor each yoga session to specific needs, wishes and level of experience.


A few reasons why you might want to choose a private session:


  • You don’t feel comfortable in a class situation
  • You are a beginner and you want to get started in yoga in a gentle way
  • You are an experienced student and wish to progress further in your practice and work more in-depth
  • You have injuries (back, knee, shoulder etc.) or health concerns (women’s issues, stress, arthritis, chronic headaches, insomnia etc.)
  • You want to work to a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance or strength
  • You want to concentrate on the less physical practice, spending more time on relaxing, breathing or meditation techniques
  • Your working life is involved in the public domain and you seek a more private aspect to your yoga practice
  • You want to mix Hatha Yoga with Thai Yoga (“Lazy yoga”)
