Each class lasts 45 minutes and includes:
Physical Exercise, Breathing and Relaxation techniques
Typically a class might contain 30 teenagers
I would in this case suggest the following options:
1) Run one yoga class with half the class, giving the class teacher time to spend
with the other half of the class, after which they could changeover.
2) Half the class are taught yoga one week and the other half the next week.
