YOGA FOR TEENAGERS

Yoga class offers a quiet space where teenagers can rest & relax

Weekly yoga can be set up within school time, after school or as special event classes (sports days, summer fete etc).

Each class lasts 45 minutes and includes:

 

Physical Exercise, Breathing and Relaxation techniques  

 

Typically a class might contain 30 teenagers

I would in this case suggest the following options:

 

1) Run one yoga class with half the class, giving the class teacher time to spend with the other half of the class, after which they could changeover.

 

2) Half the class are taught yoga one week and the other half the next week.
