Each Pregnancy Yoga Session is designed to serve the specific needs of pregnancy
It provides a valuable quiet space to form a bond with your unborn child and to prepare
for birth. It is also an excellent opportunity to meet other mums to be and share
thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Previous Yoga experience is not necessary
Clothing: please wear comfortable clothing, which does not restrict movement
Equipment: yoga mats & blocks are provided. For your comfort during relaxation, please
bring a cushion and blanket.
I recommend that any pregnant woman, who is 15 weeks pregnant and does not suffer
from any serious medical problem, can attend Yoga Classes.
Before 15 weeks, a great amount of changes are taking place in the body of a pregnant
woman. Therefore, it is advisable to wait for any form of physical activity till
the II trimester. In the I trimester, practice of yogic breathing and relaxation
techniques is highly recommended.
