Welcome to IID Yoga

Yoga is a way of living. It is path of self-awareness, acceptance and self-help.

Through Yoga, we make friends with our body and mind. We learn to be sensitive

and tolerant, as well as emotionally and physically, strong and secure.

People practise Yoga for various reasons: physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

Some are drawn to Yoga to keep their bodies strong and supple.

Others are looking for stress or tension relief.

Whatever your objectives are, when you start  practicing Yoga, you may notice

some changes, which can improve the quality of your life, making you a healthier

and well-balanced person.  

I specialise in Pregnancy Yoga, Post Natal Yoga and private individual yoga classes

All classes are taught in either English and Polish.                        

I also offer specialist classes in Birth Rehersal, Mixed Ability and Corporate Yoga,

across Warsaw and its surroundings


All classes are designed to suit mixed ability - from beginners to advanced students. Everyone is encouraged to work within their personal limits.

I have practised yoga for over 25 years and taught for 15 years in the United Kingdom. In Poland I am the first yoga teacher who gained a Diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga - the governing body, which sets and maintains high standards of yoga worldwide. My qualifications also include BWY Pregnancy, Postnatal and Childrens Diplomas as well as Yoga for Special Needs Child Diploma LLC.


In September 2012 I returned to Poland with a strong intention to introduce and offer a unique BWY style of HATHA YOGA. Each Yoga session is a combination of physical postures, breathing, relaxation or meditation techniques.

My teaching is based on a relaxed approach to Yoga, both on and off the mat.

It comes from a passion for anatomy with attention to proper body alignment, awareness of breath & mindfulness. I believe that almost anyone, regardless of their age or ability, can practise this ancient disipline. My classes are friendly and relaxed, with emphasis on the individual which offer calmness & harmony of the mind together with a strong, healthy and flexible body.
