In September 2012 I returned to Poland with a strong intention to introduce and offer
a unique BWY style of HATHA YOGA. Each Yoga session is a combination of physical
postures, breathing, relaxation or meditation techniques.
My teaching is based on a relaxed approach to Yoga, both on and off the mat.
It comes from a passion for anatomy with attention to proper body alignment, awareness
of breath & mindfulness. I believe that almost anyone, regardless of their age or
ability, can practise this ancient disipline. My classes are friendly and relaxed,
with emphasis on the individual which offer calmness & harmony of the mind together
with a strong, healthy and flexible body.
